Fixings & Adhesives

  • Duralite's® unique connector system allows secure connection of composite panels.

  • All fixing elements are supplied by Duralite® for complete building simplicity.

  • Duralite composite panels are firmly attached into the fixing system elements with a variety of advanced adhesives and screws.

  • Once fixed together, the panels form an extremely strong structure, ensuring durability of the interior, no matter what the conditions.

DURALITE FIXINGS

  • Door Hinge Mounts: Use expanding Dowel method of connection to the Duralite® Composite Panel. Also use Special 5mm Euro Screws for Composite Panels.

  • Drawer side Cabinet Rails: Are connected with Expanding Dowel connectors into Duralite® Composite Panel.

  • Drawer Fronts: Are firmly connected to the Drawer sides with Expanding Dowel fittings.

  • Additional Secure fixings: For applications such as Pull-out Pantry fronts, are secured using the HWA Hollow wall anchor. (see hardware below)

ADHESIVES

  • All adhesives supplied by Duralite® have been extensively tested for maximum strength and durability of bonding.
