Cutting Composite Duralite® Panels
Track Saw: Skill saw and straight edge guide track combination. Available from Bunnings. Ryobi extra set of guide tracks available, item 019772002230. Track assembly additional 1400mm.
Bench Saw
Joiner: CNC machine for cutting the Panels.
Edge Banding
Iron + Kraft Knife: Duralite® 1mm pre-glued edge banding can be successfully applied using an iron set to synthetic heat setting and trimmed with a quality kraft knife. (see demo video - edge banding)
Laminate Trimmer: This laminate trimmer can be used to trim and radius the edge banding. See technical page.
Cutting Mouldings
Drop Saw: Duralite® moulding are cut using a fine blade in a drop saw.
